Hattie Sparks Interiors stands out for its unique brand and aesthetic. Yet, the challenge of managing an average of two new leads per week on top of ongoing projects was becoming daunting.
The goal for this Honeybook Setup VIP Day was clear: create a seamless, automated system to handle initial inquiries and onboarding with branded collateral that communicates the company's process, FAQs, and pricing, allowing the team to concentrate on delivering exceptional design work on their current projects.
Leveraging the capabilities of HoneyBook, we crafted a suite of interactive smart files, email templates, and onboarding assets that resonate with the Hattie Sparks brand. From a branded service agreement to an initial design questionnaire, every touchpoint was designed to showcase Hattie’s distinct aesthetic and personality.
