Template Shop FAQs

  • We use Canva, Google Docs, and Google Forms for all of our templates. This allows you to quickly save to your own accounts and easily make any edits or changes you see fit.

  • Yes, of course! All of our templates are designed with beautiful free elements and fonts so that you can quickly save them to your own free or paid account. Just a few clicks and you’ll be ready to go!

  • Definitely. Each template is completely customizable so that you can add your own branding fonts, color palettes, or portfolio images to make them your own.

  • We get it– copywriting for yourself can be tough! That’s why we’ve included professional writing and prompts where needed so that you can add your own process and get it done in a flash.

  • Images are not included but are available for free use. If you're just starting out or don't have a strong portfolio– we recommend using stock photos, and we’ll provide our top recommendations!

  • We’re 100% here for you! If you have any trouble with your order, just reach out to hello@willowandjax and we’ll do our best to help you out.

1:1 Service FAQs

  • Spots are first come, first–served. To make the best use of our time together, all sessions are booked at least 2 weeks in advance to allow plenty of time to work through the onboarding process.

  • Absolutely! Payment plans are offered for all of our services and are broken down into 2 or 3 installments. Payments are accepted via credit card or ACH transfer through our online booking system.

  • Yes. You can expect a check-in at noon and at the end of the day to review the work that’s been completed, but questions might come up throughout the day that need your attention and feedback.

  • Fill out the inquiry form to get the ball rolling. Once we decide that we’re a good fit, we’ll send over a proposal and invoice to get you booked. You’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire and then the work can begin!

  • I’d love to! You can fill out our inquiry form to connect, and we can jump on a quick discovery call to talk about where you are and what service would be the best fit for your needs.

  • We’d never leave you hanging! All sessions come with “back pocket” Voxer support (a voice messaging app) so that you can send over any questions that come up after your service delivery.
